LICENSING SEMINARS AND WEBINARS PRIVATE TUTORING BOOKS and TABS (the “Licensing Products”)
Licensing Product Refund Policy:
Licensing products are non-refundable.
Licensing Product Attendance Policy:
You may attend one (1) additional seminar/webinar within one year from the date of your first seminar/webinar. After that, a new purchase is required. Registration is required to attend. To register, re-schedule, or cancel your registration, we require 48 hours advance notice by calling us at (828) 277 – 3999. Failure to appear without notice counts as one (1) attendance.
Licensing Product Guest Attendance Policy:
Non-paying guests are not allowed.
Licensing Product Transfer Policy:
Licensing products cannot be transferred to another person or entity.
Licensing Product Exchange Policy:
Exchange eligibility is based on one (1) or less attendance within (1) year of purchase. The exchange fee is zero with no prior attendance. Otherwise, the exchange fee is $149.00.
Book & Tab Refund Policy:
Orders cancelled within ten (10) calendar days that have not yet shipped can receive a full refund.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All material, products, and services offered through and developed by our company are the proprietary property of National Contractors Seminars, Inc. The purchase of licensing products grants you temporary access but no ownership of our materials. You grant National Contractors Seminars, Inc. a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, copy, transmit, and broadcast images the company takes or records of you or the content you upload, enter or publish.
USER ACCOUNTS
You may have to provide sensitive information to create a user account. You are responsible for the accuracy of and for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. This includes all activity under your account and password. If you believe that the security of your account has been compromised, inform us immediately. We reserve the right to terminate user accounts, and to edit or remove orders at the sole discretion of the company.

UPS Shipping Disclosure
National Contractors Seminars, Inc., will not be liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Anticipated Shipping Times
Book and tab orders process on average within ten (10) to (14) days. Please allow an additional seven (7) days shipping for us to complete orders that include “highlighted and tabbed” books. Also, due to Hurricane Helene, books might be delayed since our supplier is in Tennessee and shipping time has been delayed.
